RETURNS POLICY

Due to security measures in place, our returns carriers and warehouse team are experiencing delays that affect returns processing times. Please allow a few extra days for processing to take place, but rest assured that we will notify you by email as soon as it is done.

Once again, we are working hard to catch up, while keeping our teams safe. We appreciate your support during this difficult time.



Time to return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or shop credit; provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

All items, unless specified, are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:


  • Request is within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The packaging must be fully intact and all tags attached.
  • We will not accept returns without prior written notice.


Return rate

The return package fee is at the customer's expense. Nicola Boellis is not responsible for the cost of the item if you wish to return it.

Restocking fee

Customers should note that any order cancelled at the customer's request or due to fraud will be subject to a flat restocking fee of 5% of the total order value.


However, the fee will not be applied for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you have further questions about the reshipping fee, please feel free to contact our customer service representative. hello@nicolaboellis.com

Nicola Boellis reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the policy.


International Orders
Please note that Nicola Boellis is not responsible for customs and duty charges or shipping charges on authorized returned merchandise.

For international returns, customers will be issued an online shop credit equal to the quantity of items returned, less the value of the return label and the 5% restocking fee. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund when the return is processed.
